wrong PAC code

I am leaving ID mobile and have requested a PAC code, however my new supplier has told me that the PAC code from ID Mobile is invalid. 

Can you provide a valid code to port my number

It sounds like the PAC code may have expired.

You can text 'PAC' to 65075 to obtain a new PAC code.
