Just had an email saying “You've been with us a few days now, so we're just checking that you're getting on okay.”...Yeah, I’ve been with ID for 4 years, so just wondered if anyone else is receiving this amazing piece of customer service? Unless I’ve been signed up for something that I don’t know about?
