Your iD plan ended more than 6 months ago, so your online account has now been closed i have this on my phone no internet but i am still paying the bill.

I am thinking, maybe you had contract with iD Mobile in the past that you cancelled? Unfortunately we are not able to check it here in the community.

Could you email your enquiry to communitysupport@idmobile.co.uk

iD Mobile employee will need to have a look into your account to see why this message appeared.

Remember to include
Your full name
Date of birth
Mobile number that enquiry is regarding
Your community nickname

If you are still paying Direct Debits, please include the reference that you see on your bank statement in your email.
