Hi
I rang an 0844 number earlier, which is charged at 7p per minute, but I've noticed I've been charged an extra 45p per minute by IDMobile, but there was no required service charge warning at the beginning of the call, which would of resulted in me hanging up straight away. Luckily I was recording this phone call so have the proof. Therefore, I need a refund for the amount.
