I have just been sent a 31-60 Days Collection Campaign Email for an overdue bill, I don’t know the account number that was in the email and there was no mobile number attached, I only own 1 sim from ID and this bill is paid monthly I’ve tried to log in with the email address given and requested a new password to see what this is for but the login page requests a mobile phone number which I do not have, I’m worried my details have been stolen !
