I left the UK in January 2020, I am currently living in Australia. Apparently, there is a balance on my account, but it’s been impossible to contact idmobile by phone or online or in anyway.

Neither recognise my telephone number. I would like to know what the balance is for and then I may be able to get a family member to make the payment and a method how, but someone needs some sort of access, please advise?
