hi, my ID bill is usually £10 but due to the virus I’ve returned home and no longer use the sim, however I have seen that I have been charged over £19 last month while I wasn’t even using the sim, can someone explain why this is happening and how to stop it. also can I suspend my sim and activate it again once I get back to the UK?

Hi @Adebolaabudu

Welcome to the iD Community.

Sorry to hear about your unexpected bill.

Please contact our Live Chat team who are able to look into your account  for you.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on this page, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.

Let us know how you get on.

Thanks,

Pearl

Hi I haven’t seen an available person every time I check the live chat.

We’ve sent you a private message just now @Adebolaabudu

If you could respond there we’ll hopefully be able to clear any confusion up for you.
