I pay my bill by direct debit on time all the time. The last payment came out on 22nd July. For the last 3 days my wife's phone has restricted services. There is no option to ring customer service as everything is automated and live chat doesn't work. This is a complete joke. How can a company get away with this? How can you not be able to speak to customer services? I wont be paying another penny until this is sorted.
