Billing Cap & Data Allowance

I have just reviewed my billing for the last 6 months and am puzzled as to why I received a message that I had used my Data Allowance which caused me to buy an Add on on 20th March 20.  However, on reviewing my invoice dated 14th April 20, it says I had a large amount of data left, having rolled over from previous month, and at the end of this billing period there was another big data roll over.

I strongly believe that there must have been an error in charging me £10 extra for extra data which is very bizarre and unjustified, especially when the evidence shows that I never used up my monthly data allowance, never mind purchasing extra data allowance!

Just for the record I have unlimited good broadband wifi at home and at my workplace.  Therefore there can be no reason why I should purchase extra data.  I would be most grateful if you could refund that £10
