I'm wondering if I'm going to get cut off as uve been trying to take the bill but I dnt get paid till the 26th

Hi @Mini morgan,

When was your bill due? If you have not paid the bill on time then this can cause the services to be stopped until payment has been made.

I get paid after 12 tonight which is wen I plan on paying  it

Help please. My montly payment is £35.93 

and last month I was charge £45.93

and this month I was charge £62.93!! 
This is crazy, I want my money back!

Hello @Dailimoreno,

Have you tried viewing the PDF bills that we produce in your account each month?

This will give you an indication as to what the extra charges are for?

We wouldn’t just randomly bill you more.

Factors that can apply to higher bills are usually:

  • Out of plan usage
  • Direct Debit date change
  • Plan change
  • Upgrade
