Billing issue

My plan was five pounds. I recently changed it to six pounds after you deducted eighteen pounds. Not enough of that you now deducted from me another forty-six pounds. What's going on here? Correct the mistake and get the money back, please. [Removed] Kestutis Ramanauskas.

We’re sorry to hear about this! Have you logged into your account to ensure that your bill cap is set to a low amount? If it is high then you can be charged for additional usage. You can also view your bills online to see what it is that you have been charged for.
