My bundle finished and I need to restart it and I can’t do that on the app I got important numbers to call and I can’t do that because customer service is close because of COVID-19 please help thanks

What error message are you getting when you try to purchase a new one?

Are you trying to make the purchase online or through the iD Mobile App?
