Calls outside of plan

Just joined Id and want to know what numbers other than 09 numbers fall outside of the free minutes allowance. many thanks in advance for your answers. Regards. Clive

The only ones that I know is 08, 09 and 118 as these are non geographic number which have access charge and service charge.
I am not iD Mobile employee but I am here to help anyone as best as I can.

Hi @cyberman,

Most numbers that start with anything other than 01, 02, 03, 07 or 0800 will probably be chargeable and not included within your minutes allowance.

My bill shows call charges to non geographic numbers but to my knowledge I haven’t made any such calls. Would yo please clarify pleease?
