I want to change the bank card that I’m using but whenever I try to change the card it says ‘please enter valid bank account details’ even though it is correct, I have £10 that I need to pay today and I can’t.

Hi there
If you have your iD Mobile accounts registered. Whilst logged in (either through the iD Mobile App -or- the iD Mobile website), you should be able to set a bank you’d like to use as your Direct Debit in there.
The same goes there for if you just want to use a card to make a manual one-off payment too if you’re not using Direct Debit.
