Is there a way of requesting a change to the Direct Debit date, so that I can move this payment in line with my others?

I can confirm that this feature is available now. You can amend your direct debit settings within ID Mobile App. Just tap at "Billing" tab and scroll down to find "Manage my Direct Debit" option. Bare in mind that only options that you can check is bank account number, sort code, bank account holder name and the date. Anything else would need to be done by contacting ID Mobile live chat team.
