cancel contract

My contract ended on the 15th May and i don't anymore monthly charges - i cant contact any staff on livechat - i just want to end my service, at the moment i have many outgoings and i don't need any more extras. i want to done as soon as possible - please.

Please cancel my contract since I have finished the contract 

I want to leave id mobile since I have finished the contract by May.

Hi @Chum Hamad, if you’re not able to cancel through the iD Mobile app, you’ll need to contact our Live Chat team.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section. 

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.
