hi, I purchased an ID MOBILE sim through carphone warehouse which I cancelled in March this year and now on my credit score is showing outstanding balance of £1 and it’s effected my credit score. I have since paid ID MOBILE the £1 and the account shows £0 balance, is there anyway my credit score can be adjusted to show settled.

When did you make the payment? Any changes to credit files can take up to 30-days to be reflected on your credit report. If it has been over 30-days, we would recommend contacting our Live Chat Team here. Please let us know how you get on.

Hi, did you get this resolved? I have a similar issue and nobody has responded to me at all.

Hi ally, I have had this sorted… I raised a dispute with ID MOBILE and with CLEAR SCORE. I eventually received a call from ID MOBILE and the lady sorted it all out. 

Google ID MOBILE complaints department and maybe give them a call.
