Direct debit still active despite a closed account

Hello, my partner hs previously had a Sim Only contract with ID mobile, which she has since closed. Today she went through her bank accounts, and has realised that she has been billed £20 or so for the last 6 months, despite cancelling her contract.

We have been unable to contact you directly, because the call centres have been closed, and we have had difficulty using the website and using the “live chat”, which we cannot find on your website.

 

How can we contact you to check the details of her account, and receive a refund for the service that has not been used?

Can you confirm if the contract was purchased in your name or if it was purchased in her name?

 

We can help with this but we’d need to speak to the account holder.
