Direct Debit Taken Out Twice

My bill total was £6 in June and on 24 June 2020, £6 was taken out twice.  In the July bill it only shows £6 was credited.  Please refund the other £6.

Hi @bardi, forgive me if I’m misunderstanding but, you paid twice and were refunded once. Why do you believe you’re due the other payment back, too?
