Direct Debit - Urgent - Payment

Hello, 

 

I had a direct debit return from my bank for a payment that came out on the 4th of January (Insufficient funds). It says in the app that I payed my bill on the 30th and that I don't owe anything, I am assuming this is the payment I need to pay.

 

I am trying to pay manually but I need to confirm if I owe anything.

I just had to wait until the app updated and acknowledged that my direct debit payment had failed, and then paid the outstanding balance manually via the app.
