Firstly this idea is rubbish. I need to speak to someone urgently. Since upgrading my contract I am being constantly overcharged. I can't speak to anyone and if i cancel my direct debit they will stop my access so i am at a total loss. Please can someone explain why i can't talk to someone. Surely someone is working.
