Extra usage charge

I signed to iD with a new phone at the weekend. I haven't used any of my minutes, texts or data according to the iD app, but I have been charged an extra usage charge. Can someone advise, it feels a bit like my monthly bill is going to be at least £5 more than I signed up for..... Peter

Hey @Petros,

Any chance you could share how you worked this out?

Your out of plan usage would show in the iD App/account and each bill is itemised so this would show what the charge would be for.
