I'm unable to pay my bills due to Covid

Hi, I just had a live chat which was absolutely unhelpful! I have 3 lines with ID, one is thanks to God nearing to the end, but I would need a help with my bills as I have lost some of my income and as I am clinically extremely vulnerable I am not advised to return to work until 1st of August. Is there any option for payment holiday please?
