I paid for my bill over a week ago since I had an outstanding balance and I’m still not able to place calls or have any access to my data etc. This is not the first time this has happened. Every single time I pay my bill this occurs so I am essentially paying for a bill even though I can’t use my phone for anything...

Hi if you use live chat they will sort it out ASAP that's what I done although took me a few attempts to be able to find some on eto chat too. Just type id live chat
