I've had a text from iD this morning saying I'd used 80% of my allowance, however the app shows remaining allowances?

Did you purchase an add-on by any chance? This message would go through if for example your plan is 1GB but you purchased an add-on of 4GB you will receive this message at the of 1GB but you won't be charged as the message says since you still have your add-on.Â

Yes I did purchase an add on, but none of it has been used, expires July 2020

That's good. Message will be send to you just before add-on kicks in and when your plan allowances will be about to finish. It's all good, you have got nothing to worry about regarding your data :-)
