Increase in bill

My bill has been increased without my permission although I have the cap. I have tried to contact you many times but calls are not answered. 

Please keep to my previous plan of £5 a month.

Hi there @khawas, and we’re terribly sorry for not noticing this topic sooner.

Do you have your account registered, what is the cap you have set in your account?

We’d only ever charge you more IF you went over your allowances or racked up some costs from chargeable texts or calls, etc.

It should state on your bill or within the iD Mobile App what usage has caused any charges outside of your standard monthly cost.
