My 1st bill was due out yesterday but nothing is showing on my online bank account and I've just checked the app and it says I've not paid my bill and now I'm overdue.
I agreed to direct debit and gave correct bank details,i even received my agreement letter. There's always money in my account and Infact I was paid my 4 weeks pay yesterday too so there's no issue my end.
I don't understand what the problem is and just wondered if anyone had any similar occurrence? Just Finnished a night shift and should really be in bed as I've work tonight.

It happened to me as well when my bill supposed to come out around the weekend time. In my case payment was taken on Monday. I would suggest, check on Monday if you bill was paid if not then you could call them at 7777 or Live Chat and double check with customer support what is going on.
