How is there no customer service number to speak to someone, just a automated message to use the live chat that isn't there when I go on the contact page? I have been trying for around a week now

The Live Chat button tends to show up a few minutes after sitting on the Contact Us page of our website, though the availability can vary over the course of the day.
Wow, I have just joined this jolly group of I. D. ers, My bill payments not going through, can't contact anyone from I. D. to talk to and I getting very frustrated with the whole businessshabang? Help!.Â

Have you checked the iD app to ensure that the Direct Debit is set-up?
You can set this up if not, or make a manual payment via card also.
