Need to pay an outstanding balance

Having gave a phone as a gift a couple of years ago, I now have an outstanding bill which requires paid urgently. 
 

I know the account number, but not the phone number, so cannot register on the app. 
 

No other apparent way of paying this bill as no contact can be made with this company..!!!! 
 

now had a reminder that has threatened legal action. I will be seeking the return of any late payment / collection charges from this company as getting an answer seems impossible.

You should have received an email the day the SIM was dispatched that contains the mobile number for the account.  Is the phone number itself not written on any bill related letter you’ve receieved?

With that you could then you can call our iD Mobile Automated Service Line on 0333 003 7777

You'll be asked for your mobile number

Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing
Select Option 2 again for Making a payment
