I'm being charged for a monthly SIM plan from today, but I have still not received my SIM card; this can't be right.

How do I get this changed so that I am not paying for a SIM that I can't use because it has not arrived.

My father was charged for 8 days prior to his SIM arriving but he didn't want to complain; I do & don't want to pay for something I am yet to receive.

How do I get this changed?
