Nuisance calls

I m getting some nuisance calls of this type:

I’d like to know:

1-How to stop these and can you do something on your side ?

2-Do you id mobile by any chance sell our phone numbers database ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to block a number from calling you. However depending on the handset that you have, you can add the number to your block list. This will prevent the number from calling you.
