overcharged on changibg contract

I have changed my tariff and been charged more than I was expecting. This seems to be down to a pro rata pay in advance - but does this mean the overcharge will be refunded in

the following month? Because if not I don’t think they’re method is fair.

The same concept would apply if you do a plan change or an upgrade when it comes to pro-rated charges.
