Hi,

 

I have an old bill I want to pay, but I don’t know my mobile number or the log in details.

 

The call centre is closed.

 

Any advice?

Do you happen to have any old paperwork or emails from iD Mobile in your inbox?  If so, the number should be on there.

Failing that, if you reach out to our Live Chat Team and you can confirm other security details of yours to prove you’re the account holder then you’ll be able to get any information you need there.
