How do I increase my Credit Limit?

Hi,

I need to request an increase to my credit limit to my capped allowance.

Now that I’m working from home, I frequently have to call a premium number in connection with my work. I already have unlimited minutes as part of my allowance, but as the number is a premium number, this isn’t included. My work will reimburse the costs of the premium calls, but I’m nearing the end of my credit limit and soon won’t be able to make the calls anymore, which is essential for my work.

The message I’ve received from ID mobile says that I need to call the call centre to increase my credit limit, but I’m aware that this is closed. 

Please can someone from ID mobile get in touch and help?
