I also have cleared my balance after my devices have been restricted and still not restored after 2 days and canāt contact anyone to restore my services anything I can do to sort thisĀ
My SIM card is only two days old and is restricted, I haven't even had a bill generated yet. I cannot use the sim. I really need help and there is no one willing to help me ID or CPW. The response is appalling. Stop selling products online if you have no one to deal with customer service, its only fair.
