I can answer these questions for you.
If you're referring to shared family plans, this isn't a feature we provide.
If you're referring to what's known as Tethering, it's not something we provide support on.
You may be able to get this working, however, it's advised against as it can cause data to be used up very quickly which can lead to incurring out of plan charges.
