Sim card not

I have just purchased a sim contract where call and texts are unlimited. However when I introduced the sim card in my LG G6 which is unlocked it keeps saying that I don't have left any allowance and I cannot make a call. How is this possible? I have just purchased it. I can text some numbers, others I can't and definitely I can't make any call. Can anyone help me out?

Hi @Noemolas, have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?

You’ll need to be using a desktop or laptop, rather than a mobile device.
