I ve recently upgraded to a 24 month Pixel 3 contract with ID mobile. It is £26.99 per month with £49.99 initial. Unlimited minutes and texts, 2GB data.
13 days afterwards, I discovered my contract price would yield the same as above but 5GB of data.
Having spoken to the ID support team, they said I'd have to send the phone back and undergo a new credit check to get the new deal, even though I just asked if it's possible 5o just change me to 5GB instead of 2GB.
I was able to an adjustment done with O2 previously, and it was way outside the return window.
Help please? 😮
