I paid the bill 100 pounds in a month how is that possible if my subscription is 20.99 per month

Hi @Mr Adrian Codita,

This may be due to a high bill cap being selected. Can you log in online/app to move your bill cap to £0 to ensure you do not pay more than £20.99 per month? You’ll also be able to log into your account online to view your bill to see what has caused the extra charges.

Any add-ons bought will not be included in the cap, so if your cap is already quite low then this may be the reason for the higher bill too.
