bill overcharging

I have a monthly plan  £17.68 and every time when I used 100% my data I receive from ID a notification and I stop using internet then.

This month I noticed that my bill instead of  £17 is  £35,82! What is this??? It is not fair because every time you sent me a notification I don’t use internet any more to avoid any fee. And I would accept maybe a small fee but not as much!

Have you tried viewing the bill to see what the charges are for?

You can find an itemised breakdown in the bill.

Please note, that the text is sent but may not be received immediately, especially if you’re using a very high amount of data.

The best thing to do is to set a cap on your account at £0.00. This will prevent you from going over.

If you log into the iD app/account you will be able to set this up.
