I have been left without service for a week and it causing some upset as I need my phone out of WiFi areas. My account clearly states I am well within my limit, in fact it shows I have 99GB left!!!! I cannot seem to find a way to get in touch with customer service and am getting very very irritated by it all. We pay for a service after all. I appreciate an automated system might be the way forward but surely only if the system works 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
