can someone from customer service please help me. i have neen left without service for a week

I have been left without service for a week and it causing some upset as I need my phone out of WiFi areas. My account clearly states I am well within my limit, in fact it shows I have 99GB left!!!! I cannot seem to find a way to get in touch with customer service and am getting very very irritated by it all. We pay for a service after all. I appreciate an automated system might be the way forward but surely only if the system works 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

For immediate assistance with account enquiries use online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

You can also get in-touch with iD Mobile on social media through facebook (using Messenger) or Twitter (by sending a Direct Message).

Okay @Trixxi Corish, to avoid being told “request rejected”, use an iPad, tablet or laptop to visit the online page https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - don’t use your smartphone.

If online chat doesn’t work, use facebook or Twitter to contact iD Mobile.
