Can't make outgoing calls

Hi

 

I've been trying to make calls over the last few weeks and they just won't connect even though I have 1,2 or 3 bars showing. Please advise. Hoe can I contact someone at ID

I just tried the Live Chat link and got the following:

Alternatively, you can leave iD Mobile a private message on social media using facebook or Twitter.

The staff work until 8pm on weekdays - out-of-hours support is automated.

Any out-of-hours private messages on social media get picked-up when the social team next start work.

Hi @Maria Lisa Kouroushi, the Live Chat service is fully operational. What seems to be the issue you’re facing? 

You could also try the Facebook or Twitter teams if you use those platforms.

Regarding your calls, does this happen everywhere or just at home? Can you use texts and mobile data okay? Do you definitely have enough minutes left in your call allowance?

If you’re able to receive calls, you should be connected to the network to some degree.

 

What happens when you attempt to call out?

 

How are texts and data?
