Change of direct debit date

Hello, I am a new customer to ID Mobile and have changed my Direct Debit date to the 1st of every month via the ID Mobile app. When I check my direct debit date on the app, it states 27th of every month, even though I changed it to 1st of every month. 
Please can you confirm my direct debit will be taken on the 1st of each month, or contact me to discuss this further.

When did you submit the change?

This doesn’t update until the next bill so this is why it’s likely still showing the old one.

What date is showing as the “next invoice” date?
