HI,
I purchade a bundle for £6 on 31st December for mobile number REMOVED. As I see in my bank account it has been charged twice. I see two transactions of £6 each. Please refund £6.

I've had this same problem how long did they take to pay you 

They said to me that they've charged me correctly, even though they haven't and no mention of a refund....
