Duplicate payments taken

Hi,

 

For some reason 3 payments has been taken from my account, please can 2 of them be refunded. They are not showing as pending so I’m assuming the payments have now been cleared?

Are all of these showing as taken via Direct Debit?

Do each of them have different reference numbers also? Or all the same?
