Hello, I was sent a final demand notice yet I don't have an account with you.

 

Your chatbot is completely useless and I have no other way of contacting you as you do not have a phone number that isn't automated.

 

Please rectify as I have already lost patience in the way your company operates.

Your live chat team is a bot, the bot needs to be recycled as it is pretty hopeless. 

 

At least arrange a live chat team with actual people
