final bill but my direct debit is now cancelled

Have recently left id mobile recently due to the price increase I have received my final bill but have cancelled the direct debit as don’t get paid on the day the bill is coming out , I’ve spoken to various people and no body is able to help me, trying to get someone to cancel the payment on there end so it doesn’t bounce and I get charged 

 

all I want to do is pay my final billl

You can make a manual card payment by calling 0333 003 0001 once the payment is due (calling prior will just advise no balance).

Or we can message you here and send you a PM and get the Direct Debit set back up.
