for new sim and number

Hi i bought new monthly payments for 24 month. After receiving my phone i charged id number to my existing number and using it properly but unfortunately i got full amount of my payment for next month bill. How can i solve this issue??

Can you clarify further?

You’ve joined iD Mobile and ported your number over and been charged for your bill in full?

We do charge for your bill the month in advance as this is how billing is done.
