Hello @djhoo,

A re-number carries a charge of £25.00 but can be waived if this is relating to something involving a Crime Reference Number from the Police.

You can always port a new number in for free?

Which would you like to do, request a new number with the £25 fee or help with porting another number into our network?

Also, you mentioned that you have cancelled the service, has this been stopped?
