incorrect direct debit charged after final bill

Hi . I have cancelled sim only and reconfirmed from Customer service before taking PAC code to transfer the number to other network. Final bill was 6.71 but direct debit was taken as 139.34. 
requested several times but no response from ID mobile . 
Please refund the amount taken .

It sounds as though the amount mentioned, £139.34, could be a termination charge for leaving us early which would be added on to the final bill. When you view your bill online or through the app, is this what is noted next to the charge?

cancelled within 14 days after confirmation from customer service that no fee or charges would be incurred. 
 

why received email for 6.71 ? They should have mentioned about same amount which will be charge . 
 

would not recommend anyone to take any sim from ID mobile. It’s a daylight robbery .

Ah I see. You may have used the PAC code before the return was actioned on the system. If this happens, it would make it seem like you left within contract rather than after a return has been set up; these are two different outcomes you see.
